"Shoes Had Laces", written by Matt Clark, Performed By David Hubbard

PopPop writes a blog about things he's seen and done
How things have changed since olden days when he was very young.
We didn't have a wii said he but we still had some fun
Yes, things were very different when my PopPop was young.

Shoes had laces, clocks had hands and faces You didn't take your phone when you went to different places The phone was attached to the wall and it didn't do anything but call

Things were different when my Dad was a kid, at least that's what he said.
The phone numbers for all his friends were kept up in his head
They used a giant paper map instead of being led
By a gps but I guess they just stayed home instead.

Shoes had laces, clocks had hands and faces
You didn't take your phone when you went to different places
The phone was attached to the wall and it didn't do anything but call
